Wellness Wednesday #2
Taking time to recharge over fall break was exactly what I needed. It's easy for me to get caught up in the chaos of assignments, deadlines, and daily responsibilities, so having a few days to slow down felt like a gift. I spent time with my family, walked my dogs, and enjoyed the simple pleasure of a home-cooked meal—things I hadn’t realized I missed so much. I also made time to visit the cider mill, soaking in the crisp fall air and seasonal vibes. Sleeping in without the pressure of alarms reminded me just how important rest is. These moments weren’t extravagant, but they left me feeling more grounded and refreshed. Now, with a clearer mind, I feel ready to take on the rest of the semester.
